Tips To Survive Hot Summer Days!

Summer is considered a blessing by farmers because many crops are harvested in summer and a curse by people who have to work outdoors! Many people around the world die because of hot summer days and heat strokes! Many women faint and get dehydrated because of summer hot days! But people can avoid many problems in summer regarding health and well being with simple 10 tips which you can use and avoid problems in summer!

01. Keep Yourself Hydrated:-

When machines get heated, what you do?You put
oil in it! But this doesn't work on human as well because our body will not be able to tolerate oil! But what we can do when we get too much heat up or the atmosphere around us is hot is we can drink as much water as we can to keep ourselves hydrated and to keep our body and health in good shape.
75% of our body is created by water and water intake helps us avoid the blazing heat in atmosphere that is in summer. In winter we don't requirement water because our surroundings are cool but in summer everyone should drink at least 15 glass of water a day.

02. Avoid Sun Exposure:-

If you simply wanna stroll in the middle of day
then avoid visiting outdoors unnecessarily. Many people simply go out in the middle of hot summer day when they should wait for heat and Sun to go down. Don't let your children play outside below the dangerous rays of the sun.
Heat stokes are caused to people who think they are tough and can handle a little heat but like I said. Avoid visiting outdoors in summer hot days.

03. Wear Light & Thin Clothes:-

I have seen people who either wear too heavy
clothes or clothes that doesn't let the air pass through the cloth. Like people sun lighten up I would say lighten up your clothes. If its a hot summer day avoid wearing those heavy clothing because they block air and let you sweat like a pig! Instead wear something thin. There are lots of clothing that are made specially for summer.

04. Eat Light Food:-

Fried food and spicy food should be a big no no in
summer as they are bad for your health and does extra damage if consumed during a hot summer day. Instead eat light and healthy that you can easily digest and makes your body healthy during summer time. Fruits and vegetables are best to be consumed during summer as they are good for digestion and can keep you health up.

05. Try A Wet Cloth around your head:-

Are you familiar with Arabs? They live in the
middle of desert! How they don't get affected by weather of desert? Well they wear turbans on threads. Now you must be thinking I might be making you wear one! Then the answer is no. Get a small towel or a piece and soak it in water. Now wear the towel or a piece cloth over your head! This way you can avoid heat stroke and can go outdoors without any problem. This technique is still used by Arabs to avoid the hot desert heat and heat stoke.

06. Try Sun Screen Lotion:-

If you are exposing yourself to Sun then take a
chair and think for a moment that you are exposing your Skin to Sun! The harmful rays can make your sunburn or worse irritated! So its best to wear a sunblock to avoid the harmful rays of the sun. You don't have to look like you are going to beach. Just enough to know that your skin will be protected from harmful rays of the sun.

07. Eat More Onions:-

People who face horrible jot summer days should
eat more onions as it is evident that onions protect us from heat stokes.

08. Umbrellas Are Cheap and Useful:-

If you are being a cheapskate then stop being one
and purchase your self an umbrella in hot summer days! Protect yourself from harmful rays of the sun as much as you can and keep your umbrella with yourself all the time! Umbrella also protects us from direct contact of head with sun rays and and in way help you protect your skin as well.

09. Avoid Caffeine Products:-

Too much caffeine products are never good for
health and in summer they get worse by making you feel hot! Not in a good way but in a bad way. Yourself extra sweaty. Caffeine gives you a sensation of energy which might not work during summer heat.

10. Keep Yourself Covered:-

Its good to keep your fashion up to the latest trend
but heat and Sun rays Don't care about fashion so keep our body covered with a thin cloth.I don't care if you get naked under the cloth. just keep your body covers and protected from rays of Sun during a hot summer day.

Things you need:-




  1. 1 or 2 piece of Bread.
  2. Half glass of milk.
  3. Lawn Cloth.

How to do it?

First get the bread, Remove the bread crust and break the bread into small pieces.
Second mix the bread in milk and let it stay in it for night. In the morning take the mixture and pour the mixture of bread and milk in a small lawn cloth. Make it like a little pack or with the head of the cloth twisted. Make it like a pouch. Then rub the pouch on your face for 10 minutes!

This will me your skin Glow and improve fairness of skin as well.
