Sadness is not something new to human nature. While many people face sadness when they face problems, They get over it after sometimes. But some people that face the sadness so strong that sometimes it ends with their life taken! People can't control this kind of sadness and when dealt with this kind of sadness it feels like that there is no happiness and there will be no better things in the future for the person awaiting! This is called depression! People from all ages in life can pass through depression stage but some are not lucky enough to get pass the depression stage as they are unable
to control the depression menace through out their lives. And how can you control something that triggers from itself and makes you feel useless and makes you stressful of life. But there are somethings that can be used to control depression in life. These are top 5 ways to control depression and fight back the bad thoughts that are rendered by the depression in the mind of the person. Note that these tips are not from professional psychiatrist and should be used on your own risk.


01. Don't Isolate Yourself:-

When facing depression in life the most common thing we do is to isolate ourselves from others and get more and more depressed simply by thinking over and over again. Depression makes you feel empty and makes you feel worthless which you are not. You think that others are better then you and you are wrong. All people including yourself are important members of society. A person's wealth doesn't make him superior or his college degree doesn't make him superior.
Try to get out of the bubble that you are trapped in and is created by your depression. Go out. If you have friends then visit them and if you don't have friends then make some. There are lot of people in the world who don't have friends so start searching and beat depression. Don't give up if you don't find friends.

02. Don't Over Think Everything:-

Another common reason that depression grows is that we think too much and become kind of like a psychic medium! Our mind tells us that this won't work, This will end bad, This isn't helping etc but the thing is thinking about it too much doesn't really solve the problem and the problem will remain there even after the over thinking! So a simple thing would be try to search the solution rather than thinking about it over and over again.
If you are facing problems in life then thinking about the problems won't make the problems go away. Similarly if you have depression because you are lonely then thinking about it won't magically pop out a friend for you! Instead go for the solution. Why you don't have friends?, What is the common place to make friends?  and What are the online communities that share you passion? Go directly to the solution. Thinking about it will make it worse and you depression might be able to make you lose your life.

03. Don't Compare Yourself:-

She has so much wealth! and i have nothing.... She has a body of a 16 year old even after 3 kids and i look like a train wreck even as a single..... He has a nice family and i have a family that doesn't appreciate me! 
These are some of the common lines that we hear everyday in our daily life and most of the times think to ourselves too. We compare our lives with other people who might have better life or are earning more than us! But we forget the most important thing! That we have what we have! We can't magically change what we have and what we have some people don't even have!
Most people spend their whole lives trying to have simple things like family, Friends, Jobs, Health! We should be thankful of what we have and always look at people who don't even have those things! Having wealth, Hot wife etc sound good but look at people who don't even have money to eat 2 times a day!


04. Don't Get Targeted By Negativity:-

Negativity is the thing that can make any winner lose! Negativity can cause so much depression that you can't imagine. If you are facing negativity in your house or in your work environment then it is best to leave the place of negativity and go towards positive! If you have negativity in your house then try to end the negativity or leave the house and get a better place.

05. Be Positive:-

Stay focused in your life. Don't get distracted by problems and hurdles in your life and walk towards your destiny. No matter how many hurdles you face and problems you face you should always stay positive. Don't get down, don't cry and in the end don't look at your failures in your life but always try to make yourself proud that you faced those hurdles bravely!
