Beginners Guide To Gym!

Introduction and Goals!

Many people try to join the gym without any focus! what they wanna do? How they wanna do? What can they do to achieve their goal? These things are mystery to them and without solving these questions they run in pursue of the following destinies:-
  1. They wanna look Bad A$$!
  2. They wanna look good!
  3. They wanna look like those fake models!
  4. They wanna impress some people or someone!
  5. They wanna remove those extra fat!
  6. They wanna buff up!
  7. They wanna trim their fatty parts!
Whatever the reason is, most people join the gym without the knowledge of it. Some people rely on the coaches and trainers which most of the time don't actually workout like they plan! why? because of the following reasons:-
  1. Their trainer or coach is giving best but the person is not happy with the results and gets unmotivated easily.
  2. The trainer is only there for getting the dough!
  3. the trainer is unprofessional and cannot make you anything.
  4. You lose interest looking at the results.
  5. You are not getting the diets that are mean't for the routine you are working on.
So in my tutorial i will teach you how you can actually join a Gym with a proper planning and workout routine below. Some people might object with the routines and plans that i am describing below but these are working best for some of the legends and i am sure that you will too find it useful. So lets start below.

Which Gym To Join?

That is the first question that you have to ask yourself! What
Gym to join? What should be the fees for the Gym? Is the machinery proper in the gym that you are joining? Will you get a help from the trainers in the gym you are joining without extra fees? All these questions matter and none are less important than other.
If you join a Gym which is pretty neat but at the same time that is damn expensive then after a couple of days or months you will probably end up leaving it because you balance of finance got rumbled.
Try to join a gym which you can afford and at the same time have decent machinery. Its best to go to the Gym that your friends are visiting because that way you can actually get help from people but be careful not to take advice of every one. I will explain that in next title.
Gym should be near your home and you should easily reach it daily without losing much energy but don't pick a gym too close to home. Its best to jog to Gym for warm up! If you join a Gym which is at an hour of distance then you will surely leave it after some time.
Pick a nice neighborhood and nice atmosphere. You don't wanna join a Gym where there is always tension and you can't do anything about it!

Listen To Nobody!

If you have successfully joined the gym then congratulations
on your new membership and hope it stays with you!
Now on ward to the next topic which i wrote before. Have you ever ordered a DVD for workout or Fat burn? Do you have a collection of DVD's? or Movies? well play them and see for yourself that every Bodybuilder or Weightlifter will give you different opinion of the same exercise. Some will say this is good while other will say that this is bad for you!
What i say? i will say just choose a program and follow it if you see the results but give it some time. If you can't see the results then i am sure that its time to move on. Which brings us to the next section of starting a GYM!

What are you here for?

This is the most important question and your destiny as well
as exercise/Workout routines depend on this question! What did you join Gym for? Why did you started working out? What is the purpose of the hard work you had just started?
  1. Are you here for Body Building?
  2. Are you here for losing weight?
  3. Are you here for making yourself look good only?
  4. Are you here to be a professional or simply a Weight lifter?
  5. Are you here to lose Fat?
These are the most important questions and remember if you can't figure out what you wanna do then you cannot choose the exercise and routines according to it! You have to be precise of what you want!
For example if you are simply here for making muscles but not bulking up then you do more reps with average weight!
If you wanna bulk up then you put more weight over reps!
If you simply wanna lose that fat then the Cardio exercise is best!
See? everything here is different and every aspect is different. There are millions or even billions of DVD's available online and even if you have a proper coach he will guide you but only if you know what you wanna do!

Don't Be A Monkey!

Have you ever heard "Monkey See, Monkey Do"? Don't be a
monkey. Start with low. Don't be like "hey that guy can lift that much i am sure i can too lift that much!" Mark my words! you will get injured for your life! Lift the weight which is for starters and even then use coach for helping out! There are techniques and lifting stamina that you have to build.
Don't ruin your base! this is your base. The weight of the building depends on the base! if the base is weak the building might stand for some time then it will fall for sure!
Build your base calmly. Give more reps with low weight! This goes for people who are here for cardio base exercises too like running on treadmill etc! You have to built your stamina but not like this.
It takes time and practice to make it to the top. Don't over run your energy. Reserve your energy. You are not son or daughter of kings who can lay in the bed for the next day. So keep in mind that your workout should not interfere with your daily life. Workout in limit. Start with a little of 10 minutes and then increase 5 minutes till it reaches 30-45 minutes.
If you have any kind of Medical condition or any kind of disability then contact your doctor then join a GYM.

Avoid Some Exercises!

This is a warning that you should not start doing some
exercises that are meant for intermediate or experts! If you try that you will succeed but will face a injury. Avoid straining your back and also you should get spot for push ups!
Many people are loners but if you had joined gym try to get help from your friends or the trainers! Getting a little help is better than getting injured for the rest of your life. Try using as small weight as possible in the start and focus on the reps!
Like the previous title. Don't be a monkey and copy the experts or intermediate gym members. You are in the mode of making your base not building a plaza. Remember you can't build a plaza without a strong base because it will fall no matter what you do or don't do!

Diet!

People will say eat like a bull or make six part of food in the
day. I will say they are wrong and don't follow like sheeps. remember the question why you joined the gym? Well if you are in for losing weight or fat then you should keep your diet straight.
That means say bye bye to junk foods, Drinks and everything that can ruin your chances of success of your dreams. You have joined gym with a destiny in your mind and it will be pointless if you don't make changes in your life and expect that health or healthy body falls in your lap!
Try to keep healthy and avoid junk food or else you will be wasting your energy and your money too.
