Working out is for some a pleasurable thing as for others it is like hell! Many people before starting a diet plan or a fat loss program make ridiculous excuses to themselves and most of the time get out of diet plan or fat loss program easily. Also sometimes they also don't exercise by thinking about these same excuses. But they don't realize that they are simply putting the health on hold and are welcoming 
The diseases and are throwing out their good health. These are some of the most common excuses that you make to yourself before starting a program or thinking about losing weight.


01. Don't Have Time:-

Most common of the excuses that you make to yourself is that you simply don't have time to do exercises and lose weight. Well that is not true and is simply a lie. You can spend hours talking and hanging out with your friends or if you are a loner then spend time on smartphones playing games and chatting of social media.

While these things take a lot of time from our daily schedules we never realize how much time we waste and this time can be used to exercise and make ourselves healthy!

The time they spend on the daily workout or losing fat programs pays off when they become healthy as a horse and they can fit into more stylish and trendy clothes! Take a piece of paper and write the activities on it with your time! You will see that you waste too much time daily and that can be utilized to becoming healthy!

02. Your Job Or Business Is In The Way:-

Many times you just tell yourself before starting weight loss program that you are working like a donkey in your job or trying to establish your business more and you can't manage your health and work at the same time.

Well this is another lie that we tell ourselves that work is in our way and we can't choose health over work. But remember this that everything is when you have health. When you have no health then nothing will make you feel good and nothing can cheer you up.

So instead it is better to take a little time for your health and manage your work then losing your health and losing your work too. With bad health you can't manage your work no matter how hard you try.

You don't have to take out 3 hours of workout. Only 30 minutes can help you lose weight and become healthy!

03. You Are Facing Depression In Life:-

You sometimes before starting a program tell yourself that it won't do you any good and you won't lose any weight. You won't achieve your goal.  While depression is a common thing in life at one stage or another. Before starting a weight loss program or any health program your mind might tell you sad things and compare those things with what you are striving for.

But you have to remember that backing down from your health won't improve your life conditions, Avoiding weight loss program might not make the problems in your life good but know this. When you have health then you can avoid this kind of depression as many know that depression makes people isolate, eat more etc and with working out you can avoid the depressing problems and at one point or another your life will change for better.


04. You Are Too Unhealthy:-

While this may be true but that doesn't mean that you can't start making small steps towards health and leaving your body to rot in fats and what not. Even if you are unhealthy and can't exercise properly you can still start and try to become healthy. Many people do have medical conditions which like asthma, Heart conditions etc but there is everything available on the internet for every person!
Choose the guide what takes your health conditions in consideration. It will be according to your health conditions. If you are too blob then they have exercises or simply schedules that helps you too.

05. It's Too Late:-

Most people when thinking about losing weight also get the thought that it is too late and they can't do anything to their body and their figure is destroyed well they are wrong. You see body is like a sculpture you can make it like whatever you please it to be.
You can mold it and make it into shape or you can simply let it go and put more clay on it! There is nothing wrong in trying. Only thing that matters is that you thought about your health and you might be willing to mold your body into a masterpiece!
