Stress is the worst thing that eats through life likea termite eating through a piece of wood. In stress a person is unable to think positive and make the right choice. Stress also is dangerous for your health as well. Your blood pressure also gets high because you can't face the stressful atmosphere! most people try to keep calm and try to make the stress go away but unable to do so because in stress a person cannot think! Similarly there are many ways online that show us how we can actually control our stress and keep our self and our minds calm in a stressful situation.
These are some of the things that will help you to control your stress level and keep your minds calm. These might work for some people and might not actually work for others as our minds are like puzzles and not all minds and thinking are same.

should always try to leave the stressful situation and don't hang around so that your stress level may go high. If you are facing stress in a work place then it might not be a good thing to leave the room as you are facing the stress but you can always ignore the stress in your mind. more stressful and will make your head explode with negative thoughts and negative feelings! You will feel hopeless and weak instead listen to soothing music the one that has positive message to you and the one which don't make your sad or hopeless!
